I made my first every Jell-o mold! This video is part of a collaboration with Mike over at Maikoh. We each chose a recipe from the 1963 classic cookbook, Joys of Jell-o. Add the sherbet by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Then, beat with an electric mixer until frothy. Spoon into sherbet glasses or an oiled 1-quart gelatin mold. Chill until firm.
