Funny thing, I had to use a +13 staff because I was killing it too quickly! XD Welp, with me finding out that Elden Ring's gonna be my spiritual successor to Sacred Gold gameplay-wise, I figured I'd post this! So, Elden Ring for the PS4 on the PS5 works as if it were always meant for the PS5. While I adore the theme for the regal ancestor, one of the few boss themes that are actually not obnoxiously dramatic or generic-sounding, I also adore a lot of the music from Sekiro, and thought that "Divine Heir" fit the elk fight! Head-cannon: Both my character and Torrent were acquainted with the ancestral worshippers, who practically begged them to kill the ancestral spirit's scarlet-rotted body and free its soul. Also, my character had raven black hair before he was blessed by his people's death goddess, after he and Torrent helped the blind swordsman seal the god of rot. She was the goddess he liked the most growing up. He's supposed to wield ghostflame and spectral water, but options are irritatingly limited, at least in the base game, so I improvised with cold, primeval and bubble sorceries! Pretend that that rain of stars is a rain of death water! The colours are more or less accurate! Ranni's moon works too, pretending that it's a globe of ghostflame, but I dislike how you can't use it on Torrent.
