Im over in Pine and Fir country now....

I'm over in the inland Pine and Fir country now. The work on the coastal regions of Northern California just came to an abrupt halt very unexpectedly. Largely due to a rough economy and the log markets are not doing so well. Thankfully I was able to pick up some work over in the Chico / Redding area of Northern California. The wife and I hooked up the little travel trailer and headed over here about a week ago. So far ... so good. We are enjoying the nice Fall weather here, and the work itself has been quite enjoyable as well. I like the open ground , and it's also nice to cut the single tree species versus the Redwood clumps that grow on the coast. It's good to have a change of pace and experience a new area. I am not sure how long we will be here... but no matter what the case may be... I will be doing my best to get videos out for you guys to enjoy.
