Welcome back to the Icknield Way, it's been a while! This section is 16 miles, from Linton Cheveley, and is entirely within the county of Cambridgeshire. As mentioned in the previous video, my friend Richard can no longer complete the Icknield Way with me due to family commitments, so I'll be completing this one solo. I took my Rab Ridge Raider hooped bivvy and OEX Expedition tarp in the hope of wild camping on or near the Devil's Dyke/ Ditch, an ancient man made defensive ditch. Alas this was not to be as you will find out in the video! The section itself wasn't the most interesting, at times it was very tedious, with only the villages that greeted me along the way for excitement. It was also one of the hottest days of the year so far here in the UK!
