Merry Christmas! I find that this time of year can get so festive and busy, so even more important to make space for a practice of stillness and pause. This time of year for me, is a time of reflection and gratitude (of the year just passed), receiving & giving (the cycle of reciprocity) and a reminder to pause. This is a repost of a meditation practice of the heart. Appreciation, abundance and gratitude to open up the energetic heart through meditation, relaxation and sound healing with Singing Bowls.
