Learn how to do a neck roll to shoulder roll to backhand! 💡🏳️ 📖 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬: 1️⃣ Start tucked at flat in the right hand at tab; swipe down to front 45, and touch your thumb to the neck. 2️⃣ Release! It’ll rotate around your neck and into your left hand. 3️⃣ Scoop that shoulder down and left, following a U shape! PLEASE NOTE: as you get better at this, make the U less and less prominent and start to feel more straight across! 4️⃣ Grab the flagpole in a backhand, swipe down, lift and bring it back to where you started! 🎉 THEN PUT IT ALL TOGETHER! 🎉 I know… easier said than done. 😂 💡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥: 👉🏽 WAIT for the tip to get on the other side of your neck. Common mistake is to move TOO early, so it’s not able to roll fully where it needs to. 👉🏽 Even though they’re being utilized, still make sure your shoulders are PRESSED DOWN, so the flag can get on top of that right one. Push the right arm down right after you release so you don’t “chicken wing” it. 👉🏽 Contact body rolls are about creating a place for the flag to roll ON. Try to keep your body as still as possible and only move what’s needed!
