Manian’s tenure at Kotak Mahindra Bank was pivotal in transforming from a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) into a leading private-sector bank.From spearheading Corporate, Institutional, and Investment Banking to overseeing Kotak’s growth in Retail Banking—where he expanded the branch network from a single branch to over 600—Mr. Manian’s contributions are nothing short of visionary. His focus on technological advancements and asset quality management set a benchmark in banking excellence. An alumnus of IIT (BHU), Varanasi, and Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mr. Manian is a proven leader and a symbol of innovation and strategy.
