Ambi played a vital role in the transformation of FCB Ulka Advertising into a top five marketing communication group. He served the agency for over 25 years and was the ED & CEO from 2003 – 2013. He has served as the President of industry bodies and has been a TEDx and keynote speaker at numerous industry events. Ambi is a best-selling author of 11 books and his books cover a range of topic including advertising, branding, consumer behaviour, leadership and religiosity. His book ‘Nawabs Nudes Noodles – India Through 50 Years of Advertising’ was a Crossword Popular Book Awards 2017 finalist. His book, ‘Spring-Bouncing Back From Rejection’ was a finalist at Tata Lit Live Business Book of The Year Award 2021.
