60 Minute Yoga Conditioning Class for your Hips, Core and Buttocks

This is a 60 minute challenging yoga conditioning class for your hips, core and glutes (buttocks!) focussed on building strength and flexibility in equal parts. Class moves slow through a range of strengthening postures (fire hydrant on all fours, eagle core work on your back, bridge variations, shiva squats, warrior 2 and core triangle variation) for these parts of your body balanced with lengthening poses (lunges, standing splits, pyramid, 1/2 hero, janu sirsasana, lizard, happy baby, reclined pigeon) that promote flexibility. A hybrid of yoga and pilates.
