Amelia MTB Coconut Cup/FSC 2022-23 Race | This was a tough one

Amelia is a really fast and physically demanding course where simple mistakes cost many seconds. Had a very brief good start until it wasn't. Accidentally unclipped my left foot right after and was left behind again, then got stuck in traffic for a long time as there aren't many places for SAFE passing on the course (sorry I am old and it would hurt more lol). Had huge 2nd lap traffic from slower categories which further delayed everyone (not just me) on catching up with the rest. Most of us had very close times the day before at the time trial race.
