Ingredients: Fresh Hilsa (Ilish) fish Coconut milk Onions Green chilies Ginger-garlic paste Turmeric powder Garam masala Salt and sugar to taste Mustard oil Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Instructions: Marinate the Hilsa fish with turmeric and salt. Fry the fish pieces in mustard oil until golden brown. In the same oil, sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and spices. Add coconut milk and green chilies to create the creamy gravy.
