One of the best lessons (and my very first video lesson ever!) to relieve knee, hip and back pain for walking and sports. Great warm-up for walking, running or hiking. Helpful for SI or SacroIliac joint pain, knee tracking, ankle stability and balance. Helpful before walking, hiking and exercise in general. Good for runners. Prevent knee injuries. Can help with balancing leg length. Effective and quick-takes only a few minutes to do and helps with knee tracking and ankle alignment. Quick and easy way to relieve back pain in moving to align back, hips, knees and ankles. (Many elders over 80 and 90 years old can do this lesson to loosen hips and help sitting posture and walking) . I discovered this lesson while hiking after some major spasms in my hamstrings after a steep descent down a mountain. I played around with ways to "seat" my leg bones better in my hip joint to calm my muscles down. In minutes, the spasms and pain went away. Connections with awareness do make a difference.
