I started working out at home six weeks ago, and I'm really trying to improve my diet. Here's a super easy bbq shredded chicken recipe that I just started using. It makes some super juicy bbq chicken! #BBQShreddedChicken #ChickenRecipe #HighProteinDiet #EasyMeals I have many fitness goals: I want to do a handstand pushup, I want to run an ultra-marathon, and I want to have a stronger body and mind! In addition to working out, everyday I'm also trying to eat healthy and get 8 hours of sleep. I'm doing the Solo Leveling workout challenge every day! It has 4 parts: 100 pushups, 100 sitpus, 100 squats, and a 10K run. This workout doesn't require any equipment, but a yoga mat is nice. Eventually, this workout should only take me an hour to complete!
