Stone Circles are a mysterious phenomenon, there is no consensus yet among archaeologists about their intended function. We take you first to Cullerlie Stone Circle near Aberdeen, about 4 miles from Drumcastle. And then we time travel to Swabi in Pakistan to show you the Asota Stone Circle :) Many theories have been advanced to explain their use. Some people say these were used as burial sites, some say they were a site for ceremony or ritual however the most interesting fact is that these stone circles have been around for 4000 years.
