You’ll get increased consistency, fewer conflicts, better work relationships, and better employee engagement and retention! Courses are easily accessed through the Learning Management portal. Access the course content in these ways: Online, self-paced training so participants can complete the training on their own schedule. Consider offering incentives for completing the courses. Trainer-led courses. We can provide PowerPoint decks and participant workbooks with insightful discussion questions to ensure participants apply the concepts from webinars or in-person training. Hybrid — have people complete the online courses. Assign a course or module each week (or month), then conduct a review in a short in-person or video session. Discuss ways to apply the concepts. Rotate leadership so various participants can lead the discussion. Audio files that employees can download to listen to the content as reminders. Workbooks can be printed for easy access to the information. Individuals can track their progress and revisit courses they have completed. Each course has four 15-minute modules. After completion of four modules, participants take a test to earn a certificate of completion. Easy reports and recordkeeping are provided for administrators to track progress.
