This cookbook will include simple recipes, replicating some of your favorite foods you are used to eating but veganized (yes, I said veganzied lol). Ingredients: 1 can of artichoke hearts (left this out in the video..sorry) 1 can of hearts of palm 1 - 2 TBPS of vegan mayo 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika (season to taste) 1/2 tsp of garlic powder (season to taste) 1/2 tsp of black pepper (season to taste) 1/2 tsp of sea salt (season to taste) 1 tsp of old bay (season to taste) Mustard...(season to taste) Seaweed of choice Saltine crackers...no more than 8-10 Grape seed oil for frying What to do: Pulse artichoke and hearts of palm in food processor until you get crab meat consistency....Transfer to bowl...add the remaining ingredients into a bowl.
