You've got to try these no-crab cakes. They're healthy, delicious, and easy to make! No- Crab Cakes 1 1/4 cup or 1 15 oz can chickpeas 28 oz hearts of palm ½ cup HV mayo    • Vegan Mayo Oil-free, Sugar-free   1 tbsp coconut aminos 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp dijon mustard 2 tsp dulse flakes or ground nori 1 tbsp dried parsley 2 tsp seafood seasoning (like Old Bay) 1 tsp garlic granules ½ tsp salt, or to taste 1 cup HV almond bread crumbs    • Almond Flour Breadcrumbs- Oil-Free, W...   ½ cup green onions, chopped HV “Old Bay- Style” Seasoning (Use above measurement once you've made the spice mixture) 1 tsp ground celery seed ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp dry mustard ⅛ tsp of mace OR nutmeg ¼ tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp allspice ⅛ tsp ginger NUT FREE OPTIONS: Chickpea Breadcrumbs:    • Make Your Own Healthy Breadcrumbs!! #...   Mayo:    • Healthy Vegan Easy Oil-free, Nut-free...   Directions: Add chickpeas and hearts of palm to the food processor. Pulse until the hearts of palm are shredded with some bigger pieces throughout. In a bowl, combine mayo, coconut aminos, lemon juice, dijon mustard, dulse flakes, dried parsley, seafood seasoning, garlic granules, and salt (if using) Add the chopped chickpeas, hearts of palm, green onions and bread crumbs. Mix to combine. Form mixture into cakes and coat each side of the cakes with breadcrumbs. Heat well-seasoned cast iron skillet on medium-low heat. Cook the crab cakes for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until lightly golden. Enjoy! Tartar Sauce ½ cup mayo 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped dill 1 tsp coconut aminos 1 tsp dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1 small pickle, chopped 2 tbsp capers, chopped Directions: Combine mayo, lemon juice, chopped dill, coconut aminos, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, pickles, and capers. Cocktail Sauce ½ cup tomato paste 2 tbsp date paste 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp coconut aminos 2 tbsp horseradish 1 tsp hot sauce (or to taste) 1/4 tsp salt or to taste Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix to combine.
