Learning makes life exciting, says Territory Manager Tejal Rao, who goes all out to be #AllYouCanBe. Here’s her experiencing-a-new-future story: “For 24 years, I’ve been a part of the Primary Aluminium Sales function, but always at the back end. And the one thing I wanted was – to be part of the front line. I am very passionate about meeting customers, and visiting our plants. And the moment the opportunity came, I grabbed it! I am now the Point of Contact for post shipment and delivery aspects. It’s been amazing! Suddenly the days have become shorter and there is no time to do all that I want to and need to. I now interact regularly with customers, I coordinate closely with our teams in the plants, I have to liaise with our internal team, our documentation team. I have got too many things to do, but life has become exciting. I remember, many people had told me, ‘Abhi toh tum yahin retire ho Jaogi’. But I never believed that. I believe it's never too late to change! One thing that defines me is that I never say no to new things. If I don't know something, I always say ‘Main seekh lungi’.
