初インドの夫を連れて、インドの最北端と最南端に行ってきました。 私は5回目のインド！ 今回のインド旅行編は全2回。vol.1は食べまくり編です。 できるだけ料理解説もしてます。笑 ▼北インドはラダック。空港からすでに標高3000m超えの地域で、空気が薄かったです。少し歩くだけで息が上がり頭が痛くなって・・・ 酸素を持ち運びながらカレーを食べまくりました。 ラダックに行ってまず食べたいものは ①カシミール料理　②チベット料理でしょう！ほんと、最高でした。特にマトンローガンジョシュ、ベジモモはイチオシです また、インドの桃源郷パンゴンツォもずっと行ってみたかったところ。 憧れの場所に連れて行ってくれた「今日ヤバい奴に会った」の坪和さんには感謝。​⁠ 　坪和さんは1年前に出会ったばかりなのにもう2回も一緒にインドに行ってますね。また行きましょう。笑 ラダック旅行はこちらで手配するのがおすすめですhttps://zanskar.jimdofree.com 日本語が話せるガイドさんがいるので、超安心でした。スタッフの上甲紗智さん、ありがとうございました！ ▼南インドは癒しの南国ケーララへ。仲良しのはるあんちゃん ​⁠ と合流してインドバカンスに。 やっぱり南インドご飯は美味しいわ〜 油が少なくて米がメインだからか、日本人にあってますね。 朝ごはん（ティファン）が美味しすぎるから、ほんと最高。 ミールスも食べられて大満足。 はるちゃんとはインド料理教室にも行ってきました。それは次の動画で！お楽しみに :) * I took my husband to India for the first time and went to the northernmost and southernmost points of India. This is my fifth time in India! This India trip is in two parts. Vol.1 is the eating edition. I'll also explain the food as much as I can. Lol ▼Ladakh in northern India. The altitude is already over 3000m from the airport, so the air was thin. Just walking a little makes me out of breath and gives me a headache... I ate a lot of curry while carrying oxygen. The first thing you want to eat when you go to Ladakh is ① Kashmiri food ② Tibetan food! It was really great. I especially recommend the mutton rogan josh and veggie momo. I've also always wanted to go to Pangong Tso, the paradise of India. I'm grateful to Tsubowa from "I met a crazy guy today" for taking me to a place I've always wanted to visit. ​⁠ 　Even though I only met Tsubowa a year ago, we've already been to India together twice. Thank you to staff member Sachi Kamiko! ▼We went to the relaxing southern land of Kerala in South India. We met up with our good friend Haru-chan ​⁠ and went on an Indian vacation. South Indian food is so good after all~ Maybe it's because there's less oil and rice is the main ingredient, so it suits Japanese people. The breakfast (tiffin) was so delicious, it was really the best. I was also very satisfied to be able to eat meals. Haru-chan and I also went to an Indian cooking class. That's in the next video!
