There are only 2 offerings for the 4C system: OEM Volvo Monroe shock/struts which are $400+ a piece or the cheaper alternative of using just the Monroe shock/struts at $200 a piece that don't have the Volvo number on then. They are literally the same exact part, one just has Volvo stamped on it while the other doesn't. Monroe offers a lifetime warranty on theirs as well. Parts required: • 2X Monroe C1512 (C1512S) shock absorbers • 2x Upper shock mounts (if bad) Tools required: • Cordless impact •10mm socket for two top mount bolts •18mm socket for bottom bolt •13mm socket for the nut holding the upper mount to shock •Whatever socket that fits your wheel bolts.
