The C Farm Brenda P O Box 352 Livermore Falls Maine 04254 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Chocolate Cake Recipe: 10 TB Butter 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips a pinch of salt 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 eggs 3 egg yolks 1/2 cup flour 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar Grease a 7 inch springform pan and set aside. Combine butter and chocolate chips together and melt in microwave stirring frequently. When melted stir in salt and vanilla. Set aside and let cool to room temperature. Using a mixer beat eggs and egg yolks for about 2-3 minutes until light. Add flour and powdered sugar. Pour chocolate mixture in and mix until combined. Pour batter into springform pan. Add rack and 1 cup water to pressure cooker. Use foil sling to lower and raise pan from the instant pot. Set to manual for 23 minutes. Let it naturally release for 5 minutes and then manually release the remaining pressure. Remove cake and flip on to plate. The perfect chocolate cake
