BBQ Brisket Smoked on the Weber Smokey Mountain

This was my first time using my Weber Smokey Mountain. This BBQ Brisket turned out pretty good for it being my first time cooking a Brisket on the WSM. The seasoning I used for my BBQ brisket was simply salt and pepper, and I didn't trim this brisket as much as I typically do. I didn't slice the brisket until the next day, and it was still juicy. The Weber Smokey Mountain exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. They are truly more set it and forget it than an electric smoker, which is perfect when smoking briskets for over 12 hours.
