In this video i repair a badly metal fatigued knife drive gearbox mount on a New Holland CR980 combine header. It had had many repairs previously but had gotten to the point where there were too many cranks to reweld. I decided to cut out the old metal and replace with new. It seemed never ending, and i found the repair quite difficult, it wasn't a very pretty repair but should be stronger than the original design. Hope you enjoy the video. Thanks for watching.
