These healthy apple muffins are allergy free, so kids can take them to school in their lunchboxes. 💚Get a FREE ebook: 5 Ways to Turn ANY Treat Into a Delicious Healthy Recipe: https://howtocooksmarter.com/free-ebook/ APPLE PIE MUFFIN RECIPE Ingredients: For muffins: 3 cups ground oats (300g) 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (145g) 1/2 cup honey (170g) 1/2 cup applesauce (130g) 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup grated apple (150g) 1 cup diced apple (120g) For the crumble: 2 tbsp ground oats 2 tbsp quick oats 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tsp honey 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon Preparation: In a bowl, combine dry ingredients first, ground oats, ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients eggs, honey, Greek yogurt and applesauce. Mix dry and wet ingredients together to combine. Do not over mix the batter. Add the apples and gently fold in. Grease the muffin pan with some olive oil or melted coconut oil. Spoon the batter into the muffin holes, and spinkle the crumble. Bake at 425F (220C) degrees for 5 minutes, then lower the heat at 375F (190C) degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to the wire rack and let cool completely. Enjoy! Music By Joakim Karud   / joakimkarud
