This is an herb most folks would benefit from consuming and it’s pleasant tasting too! Join me in the kitchen as we brew up an infusion of this mineralizing, stellar nervine. To Make Place a handful of oatstraw with green milky top into a mason qt. jar. Pour boiling water over the herbs to fill the jar. Cap tightly and let steep for 1-4 hours . Drink 8 oz of the strained liquid 1-3 times a day. General Health Note: This herb, and herbs in general, are best consumed as part of a healthy menu, along with enough protein from whole food forms, and fat soluble activators (vit.
