Start by soaking the bread cubes in a rich mix of evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla, with a warm touch of cinnamon and nutmeg. For extra flavour, you can add rum-soaked raisins or dried fruit. After baking to golden perfection, we top it off with a smooth caramel drizzle that melts into the pudding.
