Optional: Salt - ½ Tsp per pint or 1 Tsp per quart Tools Needed: Funnel Spatula Ladle Jar Lifter Lid Lifter Headspace tool Chopstick Ruler Paper Towels Thermometer Fill Jar - 1 Inch Headspace Yield Amounts: 9 Pints or 7 Quarts Process Pints / Quarts for: Fill Pressure Canner with 2-3 inches OR 3-4 inches of water. Add 2-3 tablespoons of white vinegar to help keep the canner clean.
