It takes inspiration from the Dark N' Stormy cocktail, swapping out the dark rum for Angostura Bitters. This gives it a nuanced flavour with the bitters and rum combined, balanced by the lime and sugar. Add the first three ingredients into a shaker. 2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds. 3. Pour into an ice filled Highball glass. 4. Add the Ginger Beer. 5. Top with bitters. 6.
