Today on Booze On The Rocks I show you how to make the One Night Stand Cocktail. This is a variant of the Long Island Iced Tea. It's a strong cocktail that sneaks up on you. Add all ingredients into shaker tin except orange juice and Grenadine, 2. Half fill tall glass with ice. 3. Pour over fresh ice into tall glass of choice. 4 Top with Orange Juice. 5. Add a splash of Grenadine. **SOUR MIX 250 ml water 250 gr Sugar 250 ml Lemon Juice 125 ml Lime Juice Method 1. Add water and sugar to a sauce pan and heat until clear. 2. Let cool. 3. Juice Lemon and lime, and filter pulp. 4. Combine Syrup and Citrus fruit. ***GRENADINE 4 oz/114 g Granulated Sugar 4 oz/114 g Pure Pomegranate Juice. .5 oz/15 ml Orange Liqueur METHOD 1. Place sugar and Pomegranate juice in sauce pan. 2. Use low heat and simmer until Sugar is full dissolved. 3. Add Orange Liqueur 4. Stir and allow to simmer 2 min. 5. Allow to cool before use. 6. Will stay good in fridge for two weeks.
