Rajgira or Ramdana is very nutricious seeds.It is reach source of calcium,proteins,amino acids and many more vitamins. It has a unique imporatance in Aayurveda also,In India it is generally eaten during fast or vrat. It helps give energy during vrat and is easily digestive also. In this video I am showing Rajgira or Ramdana halwa recipe. In Marathi we called it as Rajgiryacha sheera. So try this delicious recipe for your vrat. Do remember to like and share this recipe. Ingredients: . 1 cup Rajgira(Ramdana)seeds . 3/4 cup sugar or as per taste . 1/2 cup pure ghee . 2 cup milk . 1 cup water . Dry fruits slices . 1 tsp cardamom powder Method: . Grind rajgira for little coarse flour. . Heat ghee in a pan and add rajgra flour in it and saute till turns to light brown in color on low flame. . Meanwhile boil water and milk separately on other burner. . when flour gets properly roast add dry fruits slices and mix well. . Then add hot water in it and keep mixing to avoid lumps. . Add hot milk as required and mix well. . Cover with lid and allow to cook for 2 minutes. . After that add sugar and cardamom powder and mix it well. . When suger gets properly mixed cover halwa with lid and allow to cook for 5-10 minutes on low flame. . Turn it 1-2 times while cooking. . Halwa is ready ,always serve hot .. Tip: .Always prefer rajgira seeds instead of readymade flour. .During monsoon if rajgira is moist,saute it for 2 minutes on low flame before grinding just to remove it's moisture,don't roast it for long time. .
