In India peoples generally eats rajgira recipes during fast or vrats. In this video I am sharing very easy recipe forhealthy rajgira flour and jaggery laddus for vrat Or you can enjoy it any time as it is very nutritious. So try it.. Ingredients: For 15-16 laddus . 2 cup fine rajgira flour . 1 & 1/2 cup grated jaggery . 1 & 1/4 cup pure ghee . 1/2 cup grated dry coconut . 1/2 cup crushed cashew nuts and almond powder . 1 tsp cardamom powder Method : . Roast grated dry coconut till turns to light brown on low flame. . Take rajgira flour in a pan ,add pure ghee step by step as require in it . . Saute rajgira flour contineously till turns light brown on low flame. . Then add crushed cashew nuts and almond in it and saute for 3-4 minutes. . Transfer this roasted mixture and roasted coconut in big flat plate. . Allow to cool this mixture completely for 3-4 hours. . Then add cardamom powder and grated jaggery and mix it propely. . Bind round shape laddus. . Rajgira laddus are ready store it in dry airtight container . . Enjoy laddu for 10-12 days. Tip: . Always mix jaggery when mixture gets completely cooled other wise laddus becomes hard. . These laddus are very healthy for kids also. Thank you..
