POWER CHEST and TRICEPS Workout at Home | Dumbbells Only | Tone Your Arms | 30 Minute

Let's tone our CHEST and TRICEPS with this power 30 minute home workout! Are you trying to tone that hard-to-train area under your arms (sometimes referred to as "bra bulge")? Then you NEED to train your chest and triceps. You cannot spot reduce fat/weight from any area in your body, but you can tone & strengthen it with strength training! This home workout is focused on the chest area, but our triceps are getting a workout too! ➡️ please use the links below to shop my workout outfit & equipment This upper body workout is split into 3 circuits of 4 exercises each. Supersets is my favorite way to train! We will complete each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 15 seconds, and move onto the next exercise right away. Once we complete 4 exercises, we will take a 30 second break before completing the circuit again. I will be using 2 x 10 lbs dumbbells and 1 x 18 lbs dumbbell/kettlebell for this workout - but feel free to use whichever weights you have available & take breaks when you need them.
