Here is the link for Katherine’s Sewing Channel:    • Historical Hair Care Grew My Hair to ...   Here is The Kitten and The Bear - Small Batch Preserving Book: https://a.co/d/0fq8XMOO Here is the recipe: STRAWBERRY ROSE-PETAL JAM 2 cups sliced strawberries 1 3/4 cups sugar 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup rose petals Begin by sterilizing a pint sized jar in boiling water for 15 minutes. Bring the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice to a boil in a medium sized pot. Turn the heat to medium and continue boiling the jam for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the mixture registers at 220 F on a candy thermometer or gels on a cold plate it is ready to remove from the heat. Pour into sterilized jar and allow to cool to room temperature before refrigerating. Thank you for joining me in today’s video!
