That means, if you need to replace the WiFi chip, the WiFi button in the settings will be grayed. Previously, you had to unlock or unpair the WiFi by desoldering the NAND, putting it into a NAND programmer, unbind, reball the NAND & solder it back onto the board, along with replacing the WiFi chip itself. Now, with the iRepair P10, you can program the NAND all through the lightning/USB port. No soldering required. This tool supports a ton of devices. Basically, iPhone X (A11 CPU) and older. If you can jailbreak it with Checkra1n, then it should be supported, including many iPads.
