On the last day of our trip to Page, Arizona we canyoneered through Waterhole Canyon with an amazing group of friends! Waterhole Canyon is honestly one of the best canyons in the state and it did not disappoint. It is one of those canyons that every canyoneer should experience at least once in their lifetime. This route has a total of 13 rappels with the longest being 320'! The route is approximately 4 miles long with a total descent of 1400'. It requires a boat ride to Lee's Ferry and two shuttle vehicles. It was amazing! Mandy and I were accompanied by an amazing group of friends who work well together as a team. We had a total party of 6 members. Unfortunately ‪@JerryArizona‬ was not able to join as originally planned. I made this video in his honor. I'm certain that he would have made a better video but I am proud of what I accomplished in his absence. (Wait for the end to get a few laughs at Jerry's expense.) A permit is required for every member prior to entering the canyon, all laws were followed and permits were obtained. No trespassing occurred.
