REVIEW OF THE LEOFOTO VH-30N 2 WAY MONOPOD HEAD I wanted a good strong tilt head to use with my monopod for my wildlife/bird photography. I purchased the Leofoto VH-30N 2 way monopod head after some research. There are not many reviews or videos on this product and after using it for about 2 months, I decided to do a review on my findings. I own the Leofoto PG-1 gimbal head, VH-10S monopod head and some of their other products. I really like Leofoto products, I think they are excellent quality for the money and I expected the same from this. The VH-30 head can smoothly tilt 90° forwards and backwards and also rotates 360°. It has Adjustable spring loaded locking levers and adjustable tension levers. This head can hold up to 33 pounds making it perfect for my Z9 with 800mm lens attached. This tilt head is great for all types of photography. I find it much easier to use than a ball head. It's made of lightweight machined aluminum which makes it strong but lightweight. The head weighs less than a pound. It comes with an extra long arca Swiss plate and a nice carrying pouch. They also have an optional handle which you could use for video or pano shots. This head would also be great for a compact tripod. This is exactly what I was looking for & works perfectly. I honestly can not find anything bad to say about it. I am very happy with this purchase.
