He is an AI-researcher with expertise in Semantic Web technologies. His Unit provides R&D services and develops tools to support life science research in academia and industry. Currently, his main research interests are Semantic Web applied to biological and biomedical data, ontology engineering, natural language processing, large language models, data integration and semantic interoperability among biological data sources.
