Welcome to Bonita's Kitchen! Today we will be making Homemade Pizza, made from scratch with freshly made dough. So delicious! SEE RECIPE BELOW! Our website link: https://www.bonitaskitchen.com Our cookbooks link: https://www.bonitaskitchen.com/cookbook #homemaderecipe #pizza #bread PIZZA DOUGH: Ingredients: 1¼ Cups, flour ½ Tsp, onion powder ½ Tsp, garlic powder ½ Tsp, Italian seasonings ½ Tsp, sea salt 1 Tsp, yeast, fast rising or traditional ½ Cup, warm water for yeast ½ Tsp, sugar for yeast 1 Tsp, olive oil TOPPINGS FOR PIZZA: 1 Cup pizza sauce or of choice 8 pieces of salami 8 pieces of pepperoni 1 Cup fried ground beef or sausage 6 slices of bacon part cooked ½ small onion chopped 4 or 5 Fresh Mushrooms sliced ¼ cup green pepper, red or orange 1 tsp Italian seasonings 2 or 3 Cups Mozza and cheddar cheese Method for Dough: In a bowl add 1 cup of flour, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasonings and oil, toss together. Then in another bowl add ½ cup warm water, sugar and yeast let rest for about 5 minutes. After yeast have risen add to flour mixture and start mixing together, when it becomes sticky toss a few sprinkles of flour from the ¼ cup to blend together. Kneading the dough to make a ball, cover and let rest in warm place for 20 to 30 minutes. After dough is ready, you will need a pizza pan, grease with butter or oil. Then place dough on pizza pan and start spreading dough in pan by using your fingers to pull the dough away from you until the dough is the round of your pan. Method for Pizza: Topping really depends on you and if you like something different use it, this is a fully loaded pizza that is on my website. Layer pizza: Pizza pan 12” lightly oil then place dough on pan and push with your fingers until its spread all around. Then a layer of pizza sauce, and then pepperoni, salami, ground beef, onions, cheese then layer peppers and bacon. Topping with Italian seasonings. Preheat oven to 350ºF and bake for 30 minutes, depending on your oven double check the bottom of crust.
