Recipe in Urdu: Directions: -Jug mein anday,doodh,atta,cheeni aur elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Orange food color dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Karahi mein mixture ko dal ker chulha on karein,musalsal mix kertay rahein aur halki ancch per mixture thick aur crumbly ho ajnay tak paka lein (8-10 minutes). -Ghee,kewra essence aur milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein. -Ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per pot ki sides chornay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes). -Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per ghee alag ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes). -Chandi warq,badam aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
