Healthy Fusion⭕    / @healthyfoodfusion   Food Fusion Kids⭕    / @foodfusionkids   Recipe in English: Ingredients: Prepare Chicken Filling: -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs -Tandoori masala 1 tbs -Cooking oil 2 tbs -Chicken fillet 500g -Nurpur Butter salted 3 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs -Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium -Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp -BBQ sauce 3 tbs -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke Prepare Dough: -Warm water ¾ Cup -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs -Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp -Nurpur Butter salted 3 tbs -Anda (Egg) whisked 1 -Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 & ½ Cups -Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp -Cheese grated as required -Anda (Egg) whisked -Safed til (Sesame seeds) Directions: Prepare Chicken Filling: -In a frying pan,add lemon juice,tandoori masala,cooking oil & mix well. -Add chicken fillet & coat well. -Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes than flip & cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender (5-6 minutes). -Turn off the flame,shred the chicken with the help of forks & set aside. -In a wok,add butter & let it melt. -Add garlic & sauté for a minute. -Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes. -Add onion,mix well & cook for 2 minutes. -Add milk,cumin seeds,pink salt,red chilli crushed,mix well & cook until it thickens. -Add shredded chicken,bbq sauce,fresh coriander,mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes. -Turn off the flame & give coal smoke for 2 minutes. Prepare Dough: -In a bowl,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof for 5-6 minutes. -In a bowl,add butter & microwave for a minute & set aside. -Add egg,1/3rd quantity of all-purpose flour,pink salt & mix well until gluten forms (2-3 minutes). -Add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour,melted butter,mix well & knead until dough is formed. -Grease with butter,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place. -Sprinkle dry flour & knead until smooth dough is formed. -Divide the dough in two portions,take one portion & make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with help of rolling pin. -Make slits/cuts with the help of knife on both of the longer sides. -Add prepared chicken filling & cheese in the center of dough. -Start bringing the topmost slit ends across from each other alternately. -Keep going,remember to alternate,left to right and right to left. -Place the braided bread on a baking tray lined with butter paper. -With the help of the brush,apply egg wash & sprinkle sesame seeds. -Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes (on both grills). -After baking,apply butter,cover with kitchen cloth & let it rest for 15 minutes. -Cut in pieces & serve with tomato ketchup (makes 2 large braided breads).
