Towards the end of August 2022, this level crossing was given a renewal and conversion from a half-barrier level crossing to have full barriers, and these videos were filmed just the day after the day on which the finished crossing had opened to the public. The level crossing is now controlled and monitored from Three Bridges Regional Operations Centre, as is the level crossing beside nearby Littlehaven Station now, although nothing else had been planned to or did change there. That was re-controlled from the station building during the same period, but works there did not take as long as you'd expect. Gone are the long Mk.1 twin-arm half barriers and slam-shut pedestrian gates, and there are now four barriers, four hood-less pedestrian lights, and four 'E2S / Apello' alarms - twice as many alarms as before. However, it appears that the LED wigwags / road traffic lights from before have been re-used despite the rest of the crossing changing so much. All four are now on brackets. Thanks for watching!
