Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, combine brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth. 3. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and sourdough discard, stirring until well combined. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. 5.
