Today, I’m sharing a recipe for rich and fudgy Brownie Truffles that are indulgent, chocolatey, and perfect for any dessert lover. Perfect for holiday gifting, party platters, or just a quick chocolate fix! ⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑ Ingredients: • 290g granulated sugar • 4 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 70g unsweetened cocoa powder • 200g all-purpose flour • 1/4 tsp salt • 160g unsalted butter • 220g chocolate bar 40-58% • Optional toppings: dried fruits ,sprinkles, crushed nuts ⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑ Instructions: • Preheat the oven to 302°F (150°C) and line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper. • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate using a double boiler over low heat. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly. • In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light, fluffy, and creamy. Use the residual heat from the double boiler to help dissolve the sugar, then add the vanilla extract and mix until smooth. • Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt in another bowl to combine the dry ingredients. • Once the chocolate mixture has cooled, slowly pour it into the egg mixture, stirring gently. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until fully combined. • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 20 minutes. It’s fine if the brownies look soft and slightly undercooked at this stage, as they will firm up while setting in the fridge. • Allow the brownies to cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours for a soft, chewy texture or overnight for a firmer, truffle-like texture.
