Hey team #everydaywarrior, this one was highly requested from many of you. So, finally here we go: FULL BODY Workout with a resistance band (medium / level 3). Workin with resitance bands can be so useful - especially if you don't have weights. We always take a bundle of bands with us while traveling for example. There are tons of different resistance bands available with varied resistance. Please try to play and change with hand positions to gain the best resistance in each exercise. The workout includes 20 different exercises. Each exercise we will be doing twice. w o r k o u t - d e t a i l s: *warm up first *full body workout and core *duration: around 45 MIN (45 sec ON, 15 sec OFF) *plus 1x TABATA HIIT finisher without band *plus cool down stretches *55 MIN total Remember, we all are different and we can make the workouts OUR OWN!
