Ste confronts Jez about sleeping with James. Sienna tells Ste he and James need to stop hurting each other and sort things out, but Ste says it's too late and he'll sign the divorce papers that day. Leah tries to reason with James and get them back together but James loses his temper with her. Meanwhile Maxine has seen the changes James has just made to his will, leaving everything to Ste, Leah and Lucas and asks him why he would do that if James was planning on divorcing Ste. Jez admits to Sienna that he didn't sleep with James. Ste is on the verge of signing the divorce papers when Sienna and Maxine stop him. Maxine tells him about the will and Sienna tells him James didn't sleep with Jez, leaving Ste wondering why James is lying to him. James tells Jez that he loves Ste, Leah and Lucas but that he won't be a burden to them.
