James let Ste stay the night on the sofa because Ste was worried about him, but he's annoyed at Ste following him and tells him to back off. Ste asks Leela to go round to check on James, but she thinks it's a bad idea. However, he's already asked Maxine to do the same. James works out why she's there and gets annoyed. He goes round to see Ste and tells him that he's not planning on hurting himself and that he's none of his concern any more. Leah overhears and is worried. Leah then goes to see James and while at first James is annoyed and thinks Ste is behind it, he soon realises that Leah is worried about him. He allays her fears and says he's not going anywhere. Leah later tells Ste she's seen James and that she thinks Ste's fears are unfounded. She tells Ste that he and James need each other, that James still loves him and that she thinks James will come around. However, Maxine then arrives saying that James sent her to serve him with divorce papers...
