Scenes from Seoul and Beyond: Triennium Retrospective

I started this channel in October of 2020. The pandemic was underway, and I thought a channel showing walking tours of Seoul would be interesting for people stuck at home in lockdowns around the world. Plus, it was something for me to do with the time freed up by my reduced work schedule. It's turned out that I've enjoyed everything about it much more than I expected to. Three years on, I'm still doing it and have no plans to stop. However, a broken toe has caused me to push the pause button for a few weeks. Rather than let the channel go completely quiet during that time, I've put together this compilation of scenes I've shot over the past three years. Many of the clips were cut from published walks. Several came from 'Scenes from...' videos. Some are unused clips I shot preparing for a 'Scenes from...' video (I always shoot many more than I end up using), and a couple are from aborted walks I never published. The majority of the scenes are from Seoul and a couple from Chungju, a small town south of Seoul. The scenes in the fourth segment were shot in 2022 and 2023 in the UK towns of London, Canterbury, York, Knaresborough, and Rye. Most of the clips were filmed with an iPhone 11, some with an iPhone 14 Pro, and some with a DJI Osmo Action 4. #korea #uk #music
