Cooking From the Afterlife | Beetlejuice Deviled Eggs

With the new Beetlejuice movie coming out, I thought this would be the perfect snack for wine night this week. These deviled eggs were a big hit and although I didn't execute them perfectly, everyone enjoyed these spooky snacks. RECIPE (From the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Cookbook) Ingredients: 6 eggs 1/3 cups mayonnaise 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 1/2 avocado 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil 1 Tbsp chopped chives 1/2 lemon, juiced 1 clove garlic 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 12 large green olives Directions: 1. Place eggs in a medium pot of water and bring to a boil. Cover the pot with a lid, turn off the heat and let the eggs sit for 11 minutes. Drain hot water and fill the pot with fold water and ice cubes to cool. 2. Once the eggs are cool, remove the shells. Cut each egg in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place into a food processor or blender. Add remaining ingredients except olives and blend until smooth. Pipe the mixture evenly into the egg halves. 3. Cut each olive into 4 slices. Stand the olives up in the outer edges of the filling each egg, curving them in.
