Breakfast / Peachy Oats Made 4 servings and 1 serving is 7 Smart Points / If you didn't use coconut oil it would be 6 SP! What you need: 2 cups oats 2 cups unsweetened almond milk 4 tbsp sugar free syrup 2 tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding mix 1/2 tbsp sliced almonds for each fresh peaches, diced cinnamon coconut oil to cook peaches sea salt How to make: Step 1 - Mix all ingredients into a bowl minus the sliced almonds, and peaches. Step 2 - Cut your peaches into dices and cook in a pan with oil of your choice, 1 tbsp sf syrup, small amount of sea salt, and cinnamon. Cook for 3-4 min until it bubbles Step 3 - Add your oat mixture into containers 1/2 cup mixture into each container then top with cooked peaches, 1/2 tbsp sliced almonds for each container, and top with cinnamon. Step 4 - Place in fridge over night they will be ready the next day eat cold or hot Lunch / Sloppy Joes Makes 13 servings and 1 serving is 1/3 cup for 3 Smart Points. NOTE if you used only 96 4 lean beef this would lower the sp. What you need: 1 package of 16oz 96 4 ground beef 1 package of 16oz 93 7 ground beef 1 white onion, diced 1 cup great value sloppy joe sauce 3/4 cup g hughes sugar free hickory bbq sauce salt n pepper, garlic + onion powder How to make: Step 1 - chop your onions into diced size pieces, cook in a pan sprayed with oil cook until soft. Step 2 - add your beef into the pan with your onions cook until no longer pink Step 3 - add your sauces and seasonings cook together on low heat for 8-10 mins or once it bubbles and has thickened it's done. Serve on bread ! Yum !
