NOW YOU HAVE OPTIONS 👏 I WILL SHARE STILL IN DESCRIPTION BOX BC I KNOW THAT WORKS FOR MOST OF YOU 😊 MY NEW WEBSITE LINK: https://ripfatgirl.wixsite.com/mysite MY PINTEREST LINK:   / ripfatgirl   B R E A K F A S T 1/10th of the Casserole is 5 Smart Points What you need: 2 lbs which came out to be 5 cups of shredded hash browns 8 oz light sour cream 2 oz light butter (i cant believe its not butter) 1 can of healthy request can of chicken soup 1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup low moisture part skim mozzarella shredded cheese 1 white diced onion 1/2 cup minced onion season with salt n pepper How to Make: In a casserole dish sprayed with olive oil spray, add 5 cups of hash browns, season with salt n pepper, next in a bowl add sour cream, diced onions, minced onion, melted butter, and soup then mix together, then add the mixture onto the hash browns and spread evenly, next add the shredded cheese. Bake on 400 for 40 - 45 min ✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴ L U N C H Sun Dried Tomatoe & Feta Chicken Meatballs Made 17 meatballs and 1 meatball is 1sp What you need: 16oz lean ground chicken 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (cut up into smaller pieces) 1 cup kale chopped small 2 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup reduce fat feta cheese salt n pepper to taste How to Make: Cut up your garlic, kale, and sun dried tom, add into a bowl with cheese, chicken, and seasonings, mash together and combine with hands then form into meatballs, add onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with olive oil spray, Bake on 400 for 20 min turning half way thru so each side gets cooked. ✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴ D I N N E R Made 7 servings and 1 serving is 1 Smart Point What you need: 3 large chicken breast butterflied into 6 or 7 pieces 1 can of artichokes (not in oil) 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing 1/2 diced white onion 1/3 cup reduce fat feta cheese season with 1 tsp dried oregano + basil , 1/2 tsp garlic + onion powder, and salt n pepper How to Make: Step 1: Butterfly your chicken breast and place in a casserole dish sprayed with oil spray, add half of your seasonings onto the chicken and save the other half for vegetables. Step 2: Cut all your vegetables, and garlic, place into a bowl along with your feta, then add the other half of the seasonings onto the vegetables, last add 4 tbsp of your dressing and mix together until everything is coated well. Step 3: Add the bowl of vegetables onto the chicken, spread evenly, then Bake on 375 for 40 minutes. ✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴ S N A C K Yogurt Fruit Bark makes 10 large sqaures or 20 small sqaures and both are 0sp.
